What can you expect
Balanced
This retreat is a balanced combination of yoga and adventure. You can't go traveling to Croatia and not having seen anything of the country. We organize our retreats here, precisely because this landscape has so much beauty to offer. Even though we are all passionate yogis, every now and then our mat will have to make way for an adventurous excursion.
Varied
We offer a varied program with different sports and cultural activities. For each activity we will head to a different unique location on the Croatian peninsula. We dive into the sea on the east coast and at the southernmost tip of Istria. Central Istria we explore by bike and on foot. And along the west coast we visit one of the many Venetian villages. This way you will quickly become acquainted with the natural and cultural splendor that Istria has to offer.
Surprising
You will also be surprised every day on the mat, because during the retreat we will alternate between various yoga styles: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra... We always start our day with a dynamic flow to prepare our body for a new exciting experience. We always end our day with a relaxing session, so that you can have a peaceful night's sleep. I always tailor the level of the lessons to the level of the group. I try to ensure that no one feels excluded and that everyone can perform the poses according to his or her ability. In concrete terms, this means that I will assist you where necessary with the help of hands-on adjustments and that slightly more advanced yogis can try out more challenging options.

How do you get here
There are several airlines that offer flights to Pula and/or Rijeka:
At the airport we can provide a pick up and drop off for an additional charge of € 50.
Terms of payment
The remaining amount must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.
For a booking within 30 days before arrival, a 50% deposit must be paid and the remaining amount will be paid upon arrival.
